For this assignment, I used Canva and an image from The Flash to create a meme. The Flash is one of my favorite shows, so I knew I was using this image as soon as I saw it. From knowing the show, I also know that in this scene, Barry is trying to explain something scientific to his team. I wanted to keep it along the same theme and make it something that the character would actually say, and this was the best I could come up with.

It’s kind of a joke within a joke, in a way. It relates to Barry in the show, as being the Flash is quite exhausting (mentally and physically). It also relates to me, as I am often annoyed by competitive victimization- that is, people feeling the need to “one-up” each other and their misfortunes. In my head, this would be my face if I were trying to hold in a retort about being “more tired” than someone else.
